About

My bees are in the Scottish Borders, overlooking the valleys of the Teviot and its tributaries, and on the western slopes of the Cheviots. They forage widely on the rich arable farmland of Roxburghshire, the hedgerows, and the adjacent scrubby copses and woodland.

There is ample forage available, ranging from early season willow, oil seed rape and dandelion to the later flowering field beans, blackberry, Phacelia, and clover. There are also a great range of tree nectars available during the season including hawthorn, sycamore, and lime.
Individual hives often specialise and so each is extracted separately and may have a distinct and unique flavour.
In due course I will list local outlets where my honey is available for sale … watch this space.
Thank you
